  • HOW DO I START MY CBD SUBSCRIPTION?

    Simply select the Subscription button on the product page, or in your shopping cart, and select your frequency of how often you would like to receive your CBD product. Sign in or create an account during checkout and you are all set!

  • When do I get charged?

    The morning of your next scheduled shipment date. If the card declines, your subscription will be attempted in 3 days.

  • What If I Want To Edit Products on My Subscription?

    Go to your profile at the top right, select Your Subscriptions, and choose Edit Subscription. Here you can add or delete products. Make sure to always save your changes.

  • What if I don't need an order every 30 days? Can I change my subscription frequency?

    Go to your profile at the top right, select Your Subscriptions, and choose Edit Subscription. You can change the frequency by choosing from the dates in the dropdown menu. Your Subscription can be set to run every 30, 60 or 90 days. Save changes.

  • WHAT'S THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT? HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

    You may cancel anytime, however, you will be charged if not canceled before the next scheduled shipment date and the customer will be responsible for return shipping. The refund to your account may take up to 10 business days from the day your order is returned to us.
  • DO ALL SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

    Yes! As a registered customer, you receive free shipping on all subscription orders.
  • I'M ALL STOCKED UP, CAN I PAUSE MY CBD SUBSCRIPTION TEMPORARILY?

    Yes! You can delay your Subscription up to 90 days at a time. Log into your account, go to Your Subscriptions, Edit Subscription, and click Delay Shipment” to select a future date of your subscription. Save Changes.
  • I’M RUNNING OUT OF A PRODUCT, CAN I GET MY ORDER SOONER?

    Yes! You can log into your account, select Your Subscriptions, Edit Subscription and click “SHIP NOW” if you want your subscription order processed today, or you can move your next shipment date to a sooner date in the future.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    Log into your account, go to Your Subscriptions, select Edit Subscription, and scroll down to the address section to add a new address or change it to an existing saved address.

  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Log into your account, go to Your Subscriptions, select Edit Subscription, and scroll to the bottom where you can add a new credit card or selected an existing saved payment.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Log into your account, select Your Subscriptions, Edit Subscription, scroll all the way down and select Cancel This Subscription. Save changes. You will receive an email to confirm cancellation.
